Arch Rock is situated 15 kilometers outside Plettenberg Bay in an easterly direction towards Port Elizabeth. The Keurboomstrand turn-off from the national road (N2) is located east of the Keurbooms River bridge and directly opposite the Thyme & Again farm stall. From the national road there are signboards, which direct you along the five kilometers stretch until you enter the Keurboomstrand village.

Cape Town Internation Airport is approximately 550 kilometers west of Plettenberg Bay. The closest local airports are George, which is approximately 100 kilometers west of Plettenberg Bay and Port Elizabeth, which is approximately 230 kilometers east of Plettenberg Bay. All these airports provide car hire from the major car hire companies. Plettenberg Bay has an airport that caters for light passenger aircraft.
